Wonderful place to eat and engage in good conversation because of the atmosphere/setting. Staff extremely polite and friendly. Food is definitely worth the visit ! I frequent the Wilshire location in Santa Monica every time i get the desire for next level Mexican Food . 🏆🏆🏆

I honestly thought this place might be a tourist trap given the location, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous for the prices. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Food was great. Although they didn’t offer a lot of customizations, which I guess is customary these days. I asked for the burrito not to be wrapped and be offered as a plate, and it was refused. They agreed to take out the rice due to my request though. Parking, like all of Santa Monica, can be hard.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Papi Tacos & Churros is an amazing spot for Mexican street food! The tacos were flavorful and satisfying, and the churros were a delicious treat. Everything was fresh and well prepared, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere and a wonderful overall experience—I’d definitely come back again!

Very good tacos, I got the taco dorado (3) with chicken. Spicy but delicious and the seating on the third promenade was a lovely touch.

If you’re anywhere near the 3rd Street Promenade, this spot is an absolute must. Drove down specifically for it and it was worth every minute of traffic - hands down some of the best, flavor-packed street food in LA. ​My friend and I split the OG Platter, which comes stacked with four huge, crispy-fried tacos, ... salsa, and rich consommé. Every single bite was incredible, but the consommé is non-negotiable. Whatever you order, you have to get the consommé to go with it.
